The Lake Anne Washington Plaza Merchant Association (LAWPA) is a nonprofit organization registered in Virginia. Lake Anne and Washington Plaza Merchant Association serves its members businesses by providing resources to navigate the complexities of business ownership through networking, sharing ideas and working collaboratively.  Our organization and our members organize and host a variety of events to drive traffic to the local businesses, and to bring awareness to our unique, historic Lake Anne district.
